Dr. Klas-Håkan Eklund

• Founder of Eklund Innovation AB and ComHeat Microwave AB with more than 50 years experience in the field of semiconductors.
• -1984: Director of Ericsson Microelectronics and their start in the MOS field.
  
• 1988-92: Key founder and director of PowerIntegrations Inc, US, listed on Nasdaq.
  
• 1990: Elected “Innovator of the year” by EDN magazine.
  
• 1993-2000: Eklund Innovation licensed patents and know-how to ABB HAFO, Mitel Semiconductor for joint technology development.
  
• 2004-: Founder and president of ComHeat Microwave AB.
  
• 2007: Appointed Dr of Honour (Dr Honoris Causa) at Uppsala university for his contribution to R&D within the microwave field.

Dr. Lars Vestling

• More than 25 years of experience in the field of semiconductors.
  
• 2004-: Researcher at ComHeat Microwave AB.
  
• -2004: Researcher at The Ångström Lab, Uppsala University.
  
• 1996-2002: PhD student at Solid State Electronics, Uppsala University.
  
• Scientific publications (1997-2025): 17 journal papers and 39 conference papers.
